3D Laser Scanning: To capture existing facilities and vessels in fast and economic method maximizing information collection while minimizing time. Great for confirmation of Design to As-Built interface points, clash checks.
The technology involves the 3D Laser Scanning of the desired plant area by the 3D Laser Scanners. The captured 3D Laser Scan data is registered against surveyed targets to give high accuracy then processed to combine scans into point clouds and eliminate duplicate Laser Scan points.
The resulting 3D Laser Scan Data can be delivered to the client for use as a point cloud or further processed to generate a 3D As-built CAD model. 3D Laser Scanning captures vast amounts of information quickly and is ideal for capturing the as-built conditions of Oil & Gas and Process Plant installations.
Some clients may need to use a 3D CAD model of the plant instead of the point cloud data, we can generate accurate and complex 3D CAD models economically and quickly.
Dimensional Surveys: To measure and control existing tie-ups, equipment placement, spool fabrication module alignment and marine engineering fabrication. Dimensional control is used critical areas where a high degree of accuracy is required.
Modelling Services: To convert existing conditions into a common format for data analysis.Packages include Autoplant,PDMS, PDS, PlantLinx, RealityLinx and Cyclone. Services include the creation of new models or the upgrading of existing CAD documentation.
